Make Your Business an Independent Woman
I recently had brunch with a friend, and we were talking about how to manage your business as it ages.
Personally, I think your business should be an independent woman.
That means your hours should decrease and/or your income should increase. You should have systems, provide consistent client communication and deliver a quality product or service.
Oftentimes, entrepreneurs like to diversity their portfolio. And the reason => your passions and life changes! Maybe you started out working 16+ hours a day, but have a kid now and don't want to (or don't have) that same level of time to spend on your business.
Set your business gal up to run automatically, or hire the right people to help you out on key tasks. Empower her (or him) to be independent!
