Seriously! Are you making it easy not only for clients to say HECK YES, but for you to get out their proposal quickly and efficiently?!?
Listen, proposals take time, but if you don't have set minimums, defined pricing and set service offerings..... then what are you doing?!?
I'm totally for custom proposals. Every client should experience a custom proposal after they chat with you! BUT having a solid template base automatically reduces errors, increases add on opportunities, and just makes getting a proposal DONE a snap!
And isn't it better to zip off that proposal within an hour (or only a day) after your call, instead of sitting on it for another week?
Bonus, I encourage my clients to send proposals first thing when they hit the office in the morning. Making time for proposals will propel your business forward (with more money), makes you more confident in the sales process, and straight up makes you feel like a boss on growing your business!
And by NOT prioritizing proposals.... then, you're more likely to lose the sale. So you have no one to blame but yourself if you don't figure it out!
